1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Rumple, operated by
[Company legal name]
("Rumple", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rumple, you
agree to these Terms. Please also read our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we
handle your information.
2. The service
Rumple is a question-and-answer service:
Questioners post questions in a category. Each
question is automatically reviewed and rewritten by an AI system
before it is published, and may be refused if it is not
suitable.
Answerers answer questions that match their
specialties. A question accepts answers for 24 hours after it is
posted.
An AI answer may also be generated for a question.
Questioners can rate answers, and Questioners and Answerers can
exchange direct messages once a conversation is unlocked.
Questions and answers can be seen by any signed-in Rumple user.
Direct messages can be seen by the two people in the conversation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least
[Minimum age]
to use Rumple, and Rumple is available in
[Supported countries].
You choose a role (Questioner or Answerer) when you sign up. Give
accurate information, keep your password secure, and do not share
your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your username, role, verification status and specialties are
visible to other signed-in users.
4. Answerers and verification
Answerer accounts provide a credential number (such as a license or
certificate number) and choose specialties. A Rumple administrator
reviews the submitted information before the account is marked
Verified. Only verified Answerers can submit answers
and verify AI answers.
"Verified" means only that a Rumple administrator reviewed the
information the Answerer submitted. It is not a guarantee of
the Answerer's identity, professional licensure, qualifications or the
accuracy of their answers. An administrator may remove verification,
or decline an application (which changes the account to a Questioner
account).
5. Your content
You are responsible for the questions, answers, ratings and messages
you submit. You keep
[Content ownership and license terms — legal review required].
You allow Rumple to store, display and process your content to operate
the service — including sending question text, answer text and search
queries to our AI provider to review and rewrite questions, generate AI
answers, score answers and power search.
Do not include sensitive personal information (yours or anyone
else's) in questions or answers: they are visible to all signed-in
users.
6. AI-generated answers
AI answers are labelled AI Generated.
They are produced automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or
out of date. Check important information independently.
Verified Answerers can mark an AI answer as verified. That is an
individual Answerer's opinion; it does not make the AI answer
professional advice or guarantee that it is correct.
Automated systems also rewrite questions and help score human
answers; those results can be imperfect too.
7. Not professional advice
Rumple includes categories such as Medicine, Law and Finance. All
answers on Rumple — human or AI — are general information, not medical,
legal, financial or other professional advice, and they do not create a
professional–client relationship. For decisions that matter, consult a
qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency
services.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Rumple to:
post unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or credentials;
defraud anyone, spam, or post malicious links or code;
manipulate Rumple Points, rewards, ratings or verification — for
example with multiple accounts, coordinated rating, or payment
fraud;
access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt, overload
or probe the service or its security.
9. Rumple Points
Rumple Points are units used inside Rumple to access certain features.
They are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no
value outside Rumple, except that an Answerer's eligible earned points
can be requested as a cash payout through the
cash-out process described below. Purchased
points can never be cashed out.
[Legal classification of Rumple Points — legal/payment-compliance review required]
How you receive points
Purchases: packages of 100 points ($1.00), 500
points ($5.00) and 1,000 points ($10.00), in US dollars.
Answer rewards: when a question's 24-hour answer
window closes, up to 50 points are shared among its human answers,
weighted by the Questioner's rating (70%) and an automated
topic-coverage score (30%), rounded down. An Answerer can take their
share as points or choose a direct-message conversation with the
Questioner instead; if they don't choose within 24 hours, they
receive points. A share can be zero.
AI answer verification: 5 points each time a
verified Answerer verifies an AI answer (once per answer).
Unused message credit: 50 points back to a
Questioner whose free message unlock on a question was not used
before the 24-hour window closed.
Grants: administrators can add points to an account.
Returned cash-outs: points from a rejected cash-out
request are returned, with the eligible status they had before.
How points are used
Asking a question: 100 points.
Unlocking a direct-message conversation: the first
unlock on each of a Questioner's questions is free; other unlocks
cost 50 points.
Cash-out requests (see below).
You cannot spend more points than your balance. Your point history is
shown on your Profile. We may change point prices, costs and rewards;
changes do not affect transactions already completed.

10. Point purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page.
Rumple does not receive or store your full card details. Points are
added after Stripe confirms the payment.
Refund eligibility:
[Refund eligibility policy — business decision required]
If a refund is issued for a purchase:
a full refund removes all of that purchase's points; a partial
refund removes a proportional share (rounded down);
if you have already spent those points, the amount that cannot be
removed is recorded as owed, and future points you receive from
rewards, purchases or grants are applied to it first. Returned
message credits and returned cash-outs are not applied to it.
[Payment disputes and chargebacks policy — business decision required]
11. Cash-out requests
Only Answerer accounts can request a cash payout, and
only from eligible points: points earned as an Answerer
through answer rewards and AI answer verification rewards. If you owe
points from a refunded purchase when you earn a reward, only the part of
the reward left after repaying that amount becomes eligible. Your
Profile shows how many eligible points you have.
These never become eligible: purchased points, points granted by an
administrator, and returned or restored credits (such as a returned
message credit). Questioner accounts cannot request cash-outs. When
points leave your balance for any reason — for example unlocking a
conversation, or a refund reversal — they count against your
eligible points first.
The minimum request is 100 eligible points, and 100 eligible points
= $1.00 (US dollars).
You can have one request pending at a time. The points leave your
balance when you submit the request.
Cash-outs are unavailable while you still owe points from a refunded
purchase.
Every request is reviewed by an administrator, who may approve it (and
send the payment outside Rumple) or reject it. A rejected request
returns its points and restores exactly the eligible status those points
had before the request; it does not create new eligible points.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a payment date or a
particular payment method.

verification, reject cash-out requests, reverse points obtained through
misuse, or suspend or close your account.
